Kommentar : We were very impressed with this hotel and the care given to us by the staff. Lovely touches like free magazines and wi-fi and being able to print from the computer. This morning I even had a parcel arrive that contained some clothing I'd left in my room.This hotel is very special. Only negative was some fighting and a lot of noise went off in the night on the street outside our room but that wasn't the hotels fault.

Kommentar : Trés bon hôtel!!!C'est difficile de trouver un hôtel comme ça à Londres pour ce prix et tout correspondait à la réalité des prestations décrites sur le site internet de l'hôtel! avec les déco de Noël en plus! Et vraiment il est trés trés bien situé!

Kommentar : We had a suite with a bedroom, showeroom, sitting area and kitchenette for less than you would pay for a room in many hotels, it was well equiped and we wished we had been staying for more than one night. 2 mins from underground.

Kommentar : The shower was ridiculously small even another 6 inches in one directions would have helped, but it was clean and in the room.
I would have preferred to have been able to dish out my own cereal and fruit. I would have preferred brewed coffee to instant, but the tea was good.
The staff were all very helpful and friendly, the room was very clean and a good size for London. The hotel is in a very convenient location, I would probably stay there again.

Kommentar : L'hôtel très bien situé près des transports mais dans une rue calme !Propre, mobilier de confort, literie impeccable. L'internet gratuit , Le bouilloire est prêt à servir, café et thé à volonté.le petit déjeuner est copieux et très savoureux!
Le personnel est attentive, très gentil . Ils ont même des parapluies à la disposition des clients ;-) ! Nous sommes ravis! Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable . Nous y reviendrons !

Kommentar : I was visiting the Earl's Court Exhibition Centre and it really could not be better placed - close to the Tube station and all the restaurants whilst up a quiet and quite smart street. The welcome was extremely courteous and very efficient and they helpfully stored my bag both before and after I had checked out while I was at the exhibition. My room had a small balcony overlooking a little garden which was a pleasant bonus. The breakfast room was full when I went down at 9.10 but when I went down again ten minutes later there was a table already waiting for me (immaculately laid) and in fact I just beat the proprietor who had noted that I had gone away and was about to phone my room to let me know the table was ready - excellent service as I had not even requested this.
